Comprehensive maintenance across multiple machines and buildings. Covers up to 5 machines with coordinated servicing schedules. Adapted to academic calendars with intensive pre-term preparation and term-time support.
Rapid response for urgent mechanical failures and breakdowns. Available for critical issues outside regular maintenance windows. Same-day or next-day response depending on location and availability.
Professional placement and configuration for new equipment. Includes site assessment, electrical verification, initial calibration, payment system setup, and staff orientation. One-time service per machine.
Regular inventory management and product replenishment. Weekly visits to monitor stock levels, rotate products by date, and maintain optimal selection variety. Does not include product costs.
Modernization of older machines with current technology. Options include cashless payment integration, energy-efficient refrigeration, LED lighting, and telemetry systems for remote monitoring. Assessment required.
Every maintenance contract includes detailed service logs, parts replacement for normal wear items, and basic troubleshooting support. Emergency callouts and major component replacements are quoted separately unless specified in your contract.
